Once you create an Action Item from your Monthly Business Review, you can move the card to the In Progress List and the details for that Action Item.  You can assign team members, add labels, add checklists and add attachments.   You can start a discussion by adding your comments on the Comments section.   Team members attached to a card will get notified if you use @ team member in your comments.   


Once the Action Item is complete, move it to the Completed List by dragging and dropping the card:
